The best and convenient location, at a moderate distance from Parking B. Respectful, efficient stuff towards all guests. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

The employees are very polite and welcoming. The ambiance is quiet. Big rooms come with TV, both twin beds plus a television. The rate is US$ 35923, satisfied.

Well-equipped room with standard decor and perfectly clean bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and the location was the best and peaceful! Location very close to Yufuin Floral Village and walking street and shops, cafe and restaurant and the nicest shops & cafes.

This hotel is ideal, favourable location, VERY PLEASANT staff. My must haves' are a huge, air-conditioned room with both twin beds, TV, the bathroom. The restaurant is good and the food is great. Thank you for a nice stay.

Enjoyed air-conditioned and good sized rooms.

Everything was nice, attentive staff, marvellous views of the mountains. A lot of food for breakfast, it was good. We got a room with a bidet. Location: the hotel was so close to the main shopping centre and taxi to train station. Easily reached Restaurant Togoan, located not too far away from the property, had lunch/dinner there.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay in a beautiful, quiet location near the lake and shopping street - a 5-10min scenic walk by the river. The clean and spacious room with attached bathroom and comfortable beds is perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff provided great service, and the tasty breakfast was a highlight. The private onsens, public hotspring, garden, and hot spring foot bath are fabulous facilities to enjoy.

The hotel lacks English signages and can be hard to find without a printout of the Japanese characters.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to the main shopping street in Yufuin and near the beautiful Kirin-ko lake. It's convenient for those who want to do some shopping or enjoy the scenic views of the lake.

Wow! I had an amazing Christmas stay at this place! The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location was perfect - lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The private onsen was definitely the highlight, and it was so relaxing to be able to enjoy it with just our group. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and filling.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like about this place. Everything was great!

During my Xmas stay, I really appreciated the complementary gifts that were given to me. The location was ideal as it was close to the shopping center where I purchased all my Xmas gifts. the hotel had a private onsen, which was extremely convenient as I did not have to share it with others.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some remodeling. I had to wait a while before I could use the private onsen as it was already booked when I requested it.
